All resources uploaded to the SLP Test Prep platform are the property of SLP Test Prep and its partners and are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. The Praxis® exam is a separate entity owned by ETS (Educational Testing Service). Any materials or content provided here are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ETS.
You agree to use the SLP Test Prep resources only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the resources by any third party. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, using the resources to transmit or post any defamatory, offensive, or illegal material.
The resources are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SLP Test Prep makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the resources, the information, content, materials, or products included on the resources.
SLP Test Prep will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the resources, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
SLP Test Prep reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the resources following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
SLP Test Prep reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the resources at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason.
When posting SLP Test Prep resources on social media platforms such as Instagram, you agree to clearly state that the resources are from SLP Test Prep and give proper credit to SLP Test Prep. You may not claim the resources as your own original work or represent them as such. Any unauthorized use of SLP Test Prep resources may result in the termination of your access to the resources and potential legal action.
Due to the nature of our downloadable resources, we do not provide refunds more than 24 hours after your card has been charged. If you need to request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase, please contact us promptly at slptestprep@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription to avoid future charges. Instructions on how to cancel can be found here.
